You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using EasyViral.ai, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
  • Create misleading or deceptive content, including deepfakes intended to deceive.
  • Produce content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Generate content depicting violence, hate speech, or explicit material.
  • Spam, harass, or impersonate others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content

You retain ownership of the videos generated through our platform using your inputs. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating your requested content.

The Service, including its design, features, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by EasyViral.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our platform is created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and accuracy:

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors.
  • You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it.
  • We do not guarantee that generated content will be suitable for any particular purpose.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines where you publish it.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, including pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation policies, will be presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyViral.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyViral.ai, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
